A stainless steel version of the Makita miter saw detent plate. This plate has been cnc laser cut, and the gradients have been physically cnc engraved into the plate for maximum accuracy and durability.
Compatability:
This part fits Makita saw models 12" and 10" (the base is the same on both sizes, also the same in the new XGT 10 and 12" models):
NOTE: The accuracy of this plate is relative to the machining accuracy of the saw it is attached to. Testing has revealed that some screw holeson the sawfor the detent plate are not consistent, so some modification to the screw slots on this plate may be required to achieve perfect accuracy.

It fits very well. I sprayed it black then removed the paint to leave the etched lines filled for better visibility for my eyes that seem to betray my age.
