For both kits you are getting 100% new hadware, mounts, brackets, etc... Only the HZ and HZ FLIP plates themselves are "Scratch & Dent". They are all 100% functional and in terrific shape. Many are simply scratched or some tolerance, usually chamfers, are out of spec. They are otherwise brand new parts!

documentation was a little light, since it is split across a few items, but it came together, it's a little tall for the large box, but with the low profile below it it fits perfect
